Sometimes we get off track in our thinking and can become so obsessed with the trivial parts of life; that’s why I created a 5 Day Mindset Realign process.

In this 5 day challenge you will realign your mind, boost your mood, and improve your outlook on life using common psychology based methods.

We will learn about the practices of setting intentions, gratitude, non-negotiables, affirmations and reflection.

Balance involves careful calculations to determine what areas are heavier and therefore need more time and energy, while also factoring in that life is constantly changing, and just because one area weighs more doesn’t necessarily deem it more important.

This isn’t practical and it’s honestly a little overcomplicated. Harmony is the new balance. Harmony is the simplified sister of balance.

How mindfulness encourages harmony.

Grow a habit of weekly reflection. Take the time to reassess what you’re doing to determine what’s working and what’s not. Life is constantly changing and requires our constant reflection and adjustments.

Taking life inventory isn’t a one-time-solves-all exercise, it’s a new mindset, a new lifestyle, and growing new habits. Life is always changing and what we do needs to adjust to that.


They keep telling us to “Enjoy it while they’re young..” But our days are filled with chaos, and stress, and cooking, and endless laundry piles…. Where’s the time to enjoy it? Yeah, that’s what I always thought too. There’s so much I HAVE to do, when do I find time for peace and joy and happiness, I barely have time to sleep… Mama, it’s time for a shift.
