Don’t judge yourself based on your worst days.

Don’t judge yourself based on your worst days.

It’s not fair that you give your best to everyone else and save nothing for yourself.

Some might suggest it’s selfish to think of yourself, but how much help are you to anyone when you’re exhausted, depleted, burnt out?

How much bigger of an impact can you have on your home, your family, the whole world, if you’re at your best?

Image you’ve had a good nights sleep, your home isn’t a train wreck when you wake up, you eat a nutrient filled breakfast in the still and quiet morning as you set your intentions for the day….

What kind of change could you make in the world if you simply took a little time for yourself?

Don’t judge yourself for the worst of your days. Instead, look ahead to the best days ahead of you. 💕
