Today’s post involves a series of questions and insight to lead you to living the life you really want to live. Too often we walk through life aimlessly following the crowd – trying to live up to the potential we SHOULD.
Newsflash: you’re one of a kind and no one can tell you how to live the life you’re meant to live because they don’t know you like you know you.
I’m not here to tell you how to live your life, I’m not here to tell you what your ideal day should look like – I am here to help you realize what it is YOU really want.
Grab your journal or a notebook and a pen and get ready to do some deep diving in today’s episode. You’re going to have to pause this episode and maybe even step away and come back to finish – that all depends on what journey you’re on and where you’re at in it.
I am so excited for you to explore these questions I have for you today and hopefully to discover something new about yourself.
If you could wake up tomorrow and be living your dream life, what would that look like?
The first step to living the life you really want, is to decide what that life you really want is.
Walk yourself through that day, what kind of things do you do, how does your morning start, what habits do you have?
What’s your afternoon look like, your evening, your bedtime routine?
Now think, how is that dream life different from your life right now? Where’s that disconnect?
What are you doing right now that’s preventing this life from happening?
It’s unrealistic that you could make this all an overnight change, many of us aren’t that close to our dream life that it could happen that quickly. I don’t know, maybe you are. But for those of us that aren’t…
How long would it realistically take you to be there? Work backwards and determine your steps between here and there. What habits do you need to start building right now?
Do you need to wake up earlier tomorrow to start creating that dream life morning you saw for yours? DO you need to sign up for a meal service because grocery shopping wasn’t part of your plan?
Create a vision board – you can make it old school from magazine clippings, or use Canva and make it your phone wallpaper. Take some time to journal this dream life you want, keep journaling it. Immerse yourself in this dream life and make today aligned with that intention. Pray on this, manifest this. Make every step one towards who you know you’re meant to be.
